What are the features you are likely to see in the next generation iPhone 8, expected to be in the market in September next year?

Will it have a glass body instead of the aluminium available in the present models? Will it offer any advance camera system?

Here is the list of features based on the information leaked from different sources. Apple has however not responded on any of the rumours.

The iPhone 8 will have major design overhaul. It might have a glass body with edge-to-edge display.

Citing rumors, the Daily Mail reported that it could be made from Bulk Amorphous Alloy – a mix of titanium, nickel, copper and zirconium melted together.

This is said to have the smooth texture of glass and the rigid sturdiness of rubber.

It may come with three models one OLED, two standard in the size of 5.8-inch, 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch.

It may not have a home button, and the display, camera, home button and touch id fingerprint sensor may be integrated into the screen itself.

It may have wireless charging facility and you may be able to charge it from a distance of up to 15 feet from a plugged-in transmitter.

According to Forbes, the benefit of the wireless charging feature means you would not have to be tied to an outlet while using the iPhone with a low battery.

It may have faster processor and an advanced biometric features including iris scanner or facial recognition. It also says the iPhone 8 could have a folding element and Apple has been granted two patents for folding technology this month.
